We are reaching out to you in light of the rapidly changing circumstances regarding the novel coronavirus. We recognize that many of you may have family, friends, and loved ones impacted by these events and CSUF is here to support you. As such, we hope this message establishes an open dialogue to ensure that your needs as a Titan are heard and recognized.
There are various campus resources available to provide you with support during this time.
If you are feeling impacted by this situation, counseling is available through Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). There is no need for you to make an appointment in order to discuss the coronavirus with a therapist. Simply visit the front desk during normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm) and tell the receptionist why you need a walk-in session. You can speak with a therapist outside of normal business hours by calling CAPS at (657) 278-3040.
If you have any immigration concerns related to health insurance, finances, enrollment, etc., the Global Titans Center / Office of International Students is your lead resource. The Global Titans Center is located in Titan Hall, suite 1123 and is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Office of the Dean of Students is also available to assist. We are located in TSU-243 and open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. You can also call us at (657) 278-3211.
CSUF is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our community.
