HRDI Bi-Weekly Update to All Campus Employees Wednesday April 15, 2020 4:20 am
Thank you so much for all you are doing to contribute to the safety of our campus community. As we move forward together in the coming months, HRDI is here to support you and remains committed to serving our community to the highest standard.
HRDI will continue to provide email communication on a bi-weekly basis that will include general updates, as well as topics ranging from health and wellness, telecommuting tips and tricks, professional development and COVID-19 resources.
I also encourage you take a moment to watch a brief, video message I recorded with information and updates you may find useful:

- Visit our bi-weekly updates website for information and resources.
Update on Campus Access
As we work to maintain operations, we need to take measures in light of new federal guidelines to promote the health and safety of these employees.
Effective immediately, the only employees permitted on campus are those who have been specifically designated as essential by their managers/appropriate administrators. The University will provide these employees with documentation authorizing their presence on campus, either in the form of an identification badge or a letter from HRDI. Employees who come to campus infrequently to perform an essential function must request access to campus from their managers/appropriate administrators. If approved, these employees can go to the Office of Environmental Health & Safety to receive a single-use pass to be on campus for a specific and limited period of time.
While on campus, all employees are highly encouraged to wear face coverings and gloves and also to continue to maintain social distancing, wash hands, practice cough/sneeze etiquette, and all other recommended preventative measures. The University will provide face coverings and gloves for those employees visiting campus who do not have their own.
We’ve updated the faculty/staff FAQs on the main campus coronavirus site at http://coronavirus.fullerton.edu/.
